General Cake Orders

Deposit:
Unless otherwise stated, we require a $50.00 deposit to confirm your date and this is payable upon placement of your order. Payments by Cash, Interac e- transfer, Paypal or Bank deposit must be received within 24hrs of placing your order. The balance is due upon pick up or delivery.

Lead Time:
You can place your order at any time provided your date is still available. Generally we advice that you place your order one month before the event. We prefer a lead time of 3 months for Wedding Cakes. Last minute orders can be accepted if the date is still available.

Cancellation:
All payments will be refunded in full if you cancel your order within one week of your date. However, if the cancellation is made 1 to 6 days before the scheduled pick up/delivery date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. All payments(excluding the non-refundable deposit of $50.00) will be refunded in full for cancellation made within 90 days for wedding cakes. Any cancellation afterwards is non-refundable.

Wedding Cake Orders

Deposit:
We require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to secure your wedding date. This deposit is to confirm your date and does not represent the deposit for your cake order. It will however be deducted from the final cost of your cake.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your cake order and it is payable upon placement of your order. If you choose to pay by Cash or bank deposit, you should do so within 24 hours of placing your order. The balance is due upon pick up or delivery.
